About The Free Stock Photos
These stock photos and images come in a variety of sizes, from small to large enough to print and have been cropped for display so you may need to view the full image to see it in it's entirety.
Some of the stock photos may contain trademarks - these MAY NOT be used for commercial purposes, unless those purposes are editorial in nature, or unless the end user (ie: you) arranges with the trademark holder to procure licensing for that use. (Please refer to the Terms of Use).
People photos require a model release for commercial purposes - please contact me if you require this.
How to Download: Click the thumbnail and the full size image will open in a new window. Right click the larger image, select "save as" from the menu, and save it to your computer.
Our plans are to have in excess of 500+ free photos on-site by the time the final categories and pages are loaded up. Once the final sections are in place, it will be a matter of digging through the hundreds of CDs I've got and see what I've got.
We are willing to take on special requests if it's something we can do, or something we have access to. We hope you find something useful in these files.
NATURE, ANIMALS, FLORA
- all manner of wild birds, geese, ducks, swans, wild turkeys, etc.
- mostly dogs and cats, but any other pet photos like hamsters and fish will probably also show up in this category.
- from horses to cows and critters found outdoors, like chipmunks, squirrels, deer, and other forest animals as we find them.
Flora - Flowers, Grass, Plants & Trees
- all types of plants including wildflowers, garden plants, ornamental grasses, marsh and water plants, tree and shrub varieties, etc.
BUILDINGS & ARCHITECTURE
- houses old and new, small and large, estates, condominiums & apartment buildings, farm houses and properties, cottages, nursing homes and other dwellings.
- buildings for commercial use like shops and stores, museums (exteriors) and galleries, offices, high-rise commercial establishments, hospitals, clinics, etc.
- architectural elements such as windows and doors, stone surrounds and exterior brickwork, columns, barns and silos, sheds, gazebos and other types of outbuildings.
- rooms, interior views, hotel lobbies, and a variety of interior items used in design and decor.
FOOD AND DRINK
- currently the food and drink stock photos are listed on one page but as we pull up more for this category they may be sorted into types of food and a separate page for drinks.
GENERAL
- if I couldn't figure out where to put it or there wasn't enough stock photos of an item, you'll find it here. A general mix of images in a variety of styles.
- variety of jewelery from brooches and wedding rings to watches and pocket watches, earrings, necklaces and pendants and other adornments.
- currently a small selection of newspaper images and books, but there will be a lot more variety in the near future.
- a variety of transportation images from roads and traffic to individual cars, motorcycles, trucks, and seasonal transports like skidoos and boats.
- from soft stuffed teddy bears to vintage autos and trucks, and all manner of toys in between
- basically what it says. A selection of stock photos that can be used during the Christmas and New Year (or winter) seasons.
- a special page for images related to Valentine's Day; not necessarily all hearts, but images you can use for romantic designs.
- images for celebrations of all kinds - birthday, anniversary, weddings, christenings, and other holidays.
- all types of industry are included here, not just "industrial". Medical, health, and other types of "work or career" will be listed in this section.
- stock photos of money, coins, banks, and other things related to savings, earnings and budgets.
- office supplies, equipment, items used in the office (home or business), a variety of technology from older technology to the modern.
