To download the full size image, click on the thumbnail and it will open in a new window with the larger image. Right click and select save as - make sure you save the larger image as .png file if you want to maintain it's transparency.
Many of these files will be useful for those creating compiled imagery and "hidden object" type games, and can be useful in the creation of cards, scrapbooks and other creative endeavours. If you make greeting cards or do scrapbooking, you might want to have a look in the textures section - there are hundreds of useful textures for backgrounds.
For those folks who haven't used stock in the form of .png before - it can be used the same way as any image file. The .png format saves the image on a transparent background. If you open the file in an image editor that doesn't support transparency, it will simply open the file on a white or black background instead. You can then save the file as a .jpg - a more familiar format for most people.
